I have bought and sold a number of houses in my life, and have always been very particular about the agents that I work with. For me to work with an agent they must embody the following characteristics: down-to-earth, pleasant and flexible personality, honesty, integrity, good communication skills, with comprehension and commitment to helping me achieve my home goals. In that regard, I can state without reservation that Dustin Messex and Richard Reeder exceeded my expectations in every way. I moved to Albuquerque from another state which required a great deal more effort on my part and the part of my agent. As a realtor with a good deal of knowledge about the building industry, Dustin went way beyond the call of duty. He made himself available 24/7, located and assisted with contractors, and made pickups and deliveries on my behalf. My second night in the house there was a hot water problem and the plumber was not available. Even though it was after closing, Dustin dropped whatever he was doing and came immediately over and got the problem fixed! Richard was also very helpful in assisting me with showing me houses via facetime when I could not be in the state and also in dealing with contractors, pickups and deliveries. Dustin and Richard were completely amazing to work with. They made buying a first home stress free and fun. They have an enormous amount of infuriation and experience to share. We bought our house while living out of state and it was still an amazing and fun experience. They are truly full service realtors and are always there to help with any questions. I would recommend to use without hesitation.
